Become a Discovery Agent!

Exclusive to Rio Vista is the new geo-located mobile game, Discovery Agents. Similar to Pokémon GO, the game encourages young visitors (and the young-at-heart,) to get active and learning about the world around them! The new Discovery Agents app is free to download and play on your mobile device, and features Rio Vista Community Park as one of Arizona’s first “Mission Sites.” Players who complete the mission challenge receive a badge, certificate, and Rio Vista Day Pass!  Players are guided along a route in the park to find geo-located challenges –questions to answer about Rio Vista’s local wildlife, plants, and water. Unlike Pokémon GO, Discovery Agents requires no WiFi or data connection after the initial download, meaning players don’t need to worry about their cell phone bills while exploring Rio Vista’s mission site.

Download the free Discovery Agents App on Google Play or the App Store, and select the “Rio Vista Community Park Mission Site” to play!

Brand new this year, and the only one in Arizona, is the Water Warrior Challenge course at Peoria Pool - it's like a water, kid-friendly version "Wipeout" and "American Ninja Warrior."  This inflatable obstacle course is designed for kids ages 3-17.
