The renovation will also include a splash pad for kids, new signage, and wood lattice structures with vines and misters to provide a comfortable shopping environment. Phase 1 of the renovations are scheduled to be completed by spring 2019 with a grand re-opening of the property scheduled for fall 2019.

Lake Pleasant Pkwy. and Happy Valley Road - Peoria's "Four Corners"
The intersection of Lake Pleasant Parkway and Happy Valley Road, sometimes called "Four Corners" by Peoria locals, is home to many commercial and retail shops and stores. This high-growth area serves North Peoria residents and is just minutes from Vistancia and other northwest valley communities.
The Lake Pleasant and Happy Valley area is a shopping destination offering a collection of boutiques, national retail anchors, unique eateries and traditional restaurants.
Major commercial developments include Lake Pleasant Towne Center on the northwest corner, Lake Pleasant Crossing on the northeast corner, Lake Pleasant Pavilion on the southwest corner, and the Mountainside Fitness plaza on the southeast corner.
